  Complete joke of a company - didn't provide itemised qoute to begin and increased price once goods had been collected threatening not to deliver our belongings if we didn't pay - didn't show to collect our items on two occasions - absolutely no communication from company throughout move - receptionist, Suzanne and company manager, George, both incredibly rude and hostile when asking for delivery information and expected drop off dates - failed to deliver our goods on 3 guaranteed dates - delivered goods to our house that didn't belong to us and lost countless large items of ours (found 2 weeks later in another state!) - told to collect our lost items from service yard if we expected to get them back - George is incredibly rude and aggressive; swearing, name calling and being hung up on numerous times is a standard conversation with him - unable to contact George for close to a month to discuss getting some money back - hung up the phone while ranting and raving after finally getting hold of him - will definitely be taking this con to Consumer Affairs - please leave a review if you have experienced something similar from such an ugly company
